Our thoughts have power over us to make us believe what is really not true. The over-active mind starts to overthink about things that are not real but appear to be real based on our perception. This happens when we are upset or feeling out of control of our world. We give our control to our thoughts as we allow them to dictate what is happening.
Take “One Minute of Mindfulness to just “watch” your thoughts and to notice what you think.
When a negative thought comes in your mind. Let it know that there is no room for negativity in your brain. Put in the “opposite” positive though and watch it grow. Then resume watching your thoughts once again.
So become more positive and change your life…one minute at a time.
