There are many mindfulness programs out there now. What is different here at Mindful Living Hypnosis is that I use active mindfulness techniques along with short hypnosis sessions to really cultivate the process of being present.
I have two programs to help you increase your everyday mindfulness as you learn to integrate it into all aspects of your life; work, home and play while being able to become mindful in any situation.
Mindful Awareness– 4 week program. (This program can be done as a 1/2 day intensive or over 4 weeks)
Mindful Presence– **7 week program. (Over 7 weeks)
Each weekly session is between 1-2 hours depending.
